AX PRO Alarm Panel Downgrade

I upgraded my alarm to 1.3 which had all sorts of issues, so downgraded via the web interface to 1.29. It retained all the panel settings except the sensors/fobs/sounders themselves. When adding the sensors back it said one already existed, but then added it anyway! I've added everything back in (2x doors, 4x smoke, 2x PIR, 1x internal sounder) but it won't let me add the external sounder and just gives me a message saying 'No more devices can be added'.

Also, if I try to add a tag, it says it already exists, but I can't see it in the system anywhere!

Anyone seen this before, or know the solution? I guess I could factory reset the whole thing and start again, but it would be nice to have a better option!

1.2.9 and 1.3.0 is a huge difference. Without factory resting after upgrading/downgrading. You will be left with glitches from previous firmware leftovers not cleared from strctures.

Just attempted to upgrade my AX PRO hikvision and it's bounced back an error... Any ideas?

Reset was the only thing that worked for me. I'm still running v1.3.0 though. Got Build 250121 last week which I managed to update to without any issues.

Hik only listed it as "bug fixes & small improvements", so can't be a massive difference.

Given the fact that they seem to struggle with development and testing, I'm not sure we can take their documentation at face value lol

Could someone please help me! I upgraded to 1.3.0 build 250.210 and now my control panel is completed busted. The upgrade was successful but I immediately knew something was off, because it would no longer connect to wifi. Then a day later it lost Ethernet as well. So connect connect to this POS anymore. What can I do please? Many thanks in advance.

Fixed my own issue...I did a reset via physical button, and then added all sensors back, what a pain!
