Hey all, I am on firmware 1.3.0 250430. I am currently having an issue with my shock sensor I installed.
I have set it up on my front door and have it set on final door contact mode. However When I set the alarm and open the door.. it thinks there's a shock and fails to arm. It works perfect when shock is switched off.
My question is, can the shock sensor be used on a front door that's point of entry and exit or is this a no go and can only be used for mc? I know other makes and models allow this so I am just wondering can Hikvision Ax Pro do this also.
