AX Pro firmware 1.3.0 build 250407

Hi all,

I've updated firmware to 1.3.0 build 250407. Coincidentally I have also had building work take place where landing PIR and front door contact were briefly removed and refitted.

I have two zones setup for day alarm and night alarm. Night alarm omits the landing PIR.

When the alarm is set and is disarmed I get perimeter breach for the zones. No alarm bell / siren has been triggered and there is a constant warning light on the front panel. The front panel being connected via ethernet.

In the hikconnect app and also Web browser all devices report as normal and no faults are present.

If I set the alarm and quickly disarm, I don't get this behaviour. It's only after being armed for perhaps 10 mins and longer.

Any ideas as I'm all out of them.

I have heard that the Hik support on AX Pro is extremely poor.

Running v1.2.9 again and not a single issue. Immediately all issues from 1.3.0 went away.

I'm looking too for 1.3.0 for DS-PWA96-M2H-WE. Month ego I upgraded from 1.2.7 to 1.3.0 24... (autoupdate from HiParnerPro). After problems with port PGM2 I downgraded to 1.2.9 SP005 by downloaded firmware. After this the version 1.3.0 ... is not accessible for me via serial number or application.

I just put my hands on a brand new AX PRO (DS-PWA96-M2H-WE).
New firmware: V1.3.0build 250430
There is any way to extract the firmware from it?
I want to apply it to another one that is stuck at V1.2.9build 240621

You will download from hik version 1.3 by enter serial number of this with 1.3 fw

I got "Invalid serial number" from Hik-Partner Pro when I search

But you input full number or only 9 characters? In my case if I input 9 characters I receive link to last official firmware in region of last installed firmware (1.2.9 SP005 bulld 25xxxx).
After last autoupgrade to 1.3 qnd many problems (not working realys, randomly etc) i downgraded to 1.2.9 SP005. After this I never received message to upgrade to 1.3.0.
But HIK support sand me wersion 1.3 from Spanish (they say that problem with relays is solved) distribution with attention that is not possible do downgrade afrer upgrade.
