Can't see data ( videos) despite being connected and using IVMS-4200.

I am logged in under the original credentials, I have the NVR powered on and connected via vga, network cable and using the IVMS-4200. I can see there is space used at 14% but can't access the videos. Any tips?

Model is DS-7608NI-Q1/4P, it was from ADT btw.
