Dahua Bullet camera capable of RTMP streaming

Hi, Can someone advise if any of the Dahua Bullet cameras will stream direct to YouTube using the RMTP protocol. I have seen reviews on YouTube of the DH-IPC-HDW5831R-ZE which according to the review,with a later firmware installed, is able to stream direct yo YouTube without an intermediate PC or via a streaming server website. We are on a tight budget but want to live stream Parish Council and other meetings live to YouTube so that people can view the meeting online. I believe Hikvision are able to but you have to purchase a separate application that runs on the camera where the above Dahua camera will stream natively. The reason for a bullet is that the camera would be mounted at one end of a 15m long village hall and I am not sure if the turret would be suitable for this.If someone advises otherwise I am happy to look for a turret but ideally would prefer a bullet. Also I believe some of the 2019 8mp cameras accept a remote microphone.
