Dan Administrator Staff member Messages 4,784 Points 113 Apr 9, 2025 #2 Hi @Ryraum I don't think we have been hands-on with this specific model, but usually with these Hikvision Cube cameras, you can find the reset button under the MicroSD card slot cover on the side of the camera (see picture below).
