Firmware DS-7616NI-12/16P Firmware - has the "no more connections allowed on this device" issue been resolved yet?

I have the DS-7616NI-12/16P NVR.

Last year I had to install older firmware due to the "no more connections allowed on this device" issue.

Has this issue been resolved with new firmware?

Answered in your other post. There may be a fix in the patch firmware

I've installed the patch firmware, still the same green box issue unfortunately.

If I change from H265+ to H264 or H265 I have the green box issue or playback won't load on Hikconnect.

I don't want to use H265+ because it's causing freezing/choppy playback.

Any advice?
