I finally received a response from USA Support on the above camera, in relation to last September’s security flaw information. I had posted here that I hadn’t seen it listed in list of affected devices.
Hik-USA Support indicated that this model in fact is NOT part of last September’s security flaw notice, (Is not vulnerable to it). And that: 5.5.82 190220 is latest firmware for this model.
