ESCAM NVR unable to FACTORY RESET, so that all Cameras should work on it

hi i have a ESCAM Mini NVR, Model#k104 and i would like to know "How to Factory RESET this NVR",
I tried this, but still old settings are there,

Factory Reset : right click, Start, Login, Ok, Setting, System, Recovery Configuration, Default, check All, Ok, Yes, Yes, after this when I Reboot my NVR and I want to start from Scratch, but not success,.

Reason : of doing FACTORY RESET is, I have 3 Mini Hikvision IP Cameras, out of them only one camera shows via NVR and the remaining 2 cameras not showing at all after doing all strugle.


Please let me know, HOW TO COMPLETE FACTORY RESET & HOW WHICH FIRMWARE I HAVE TO UPDATE ON THIS NVR.
