Hik-Connect Event Messages not showing on Hik-Connect?

Hello

I have a DS-7204HUHI-K1 Hikvision NVR. It seems events are showing up on the NVR but do not show up on Hik-Connect app.

I am connected via Hik Connect server and added the device from the phone Via the QR code.

The cameras & playback work completely fine on the mobile app, however the event messages are not showing.

I have also ticked the "Notify surveillance centre" on the NVR. The events show completely fine on the NVR, it's just on the iOS app that they are not showing.

Notifications are also turned on in the iOS app.

All looks to be correct with your setup (connected to Hik-Connect service and Notify Surveillance Center checked)

I'd start by updating the DVR to the (slightly) later version firmware 4.30.120_200630 below. You want the K72 version from the folder:

The version I posted is a bit newer. It can be a little confusing; the build date after the firmware version number is in the format yymmdd so your original version was November 20th 2019 and the new one is June 30th 2020. Glad it's working for you again.
