I need some assistance..
I have been using the above Dvr on ivms 4200 to remote view, before the recent firmware update.
It later on became offline still before I updated the firmware.
It never agreed to get online.
I have updated the firmware, to v3.3.4, build 170220, still offline. And now it only shows EZVIZ cloud P2P there is no other option on platform, I cannot find hik connect. How do I fix this, my clients need to remote view the cameras.
