Firmware upgrade

Hi,

I hope this is the right place to post. I have searched the forum but not been able to find the answer. Sorry if this is a simple question coming up

I am looking to update the firmware on my NVR, I have not updated it since I got it a couple of years ago. The issue I am having is finding the correct firmware file.
I have the model DS-7608NXI-K1/8P and is currently running the firmware V4.73

I have searched the UK Hikvision site and I can only see a firmware update for the (D) version of my NVR DS-7608NXI-K1/8P(D). On the international site however they do list my exact model and have a later version of firmware available V4.83.013_241227.

Could someone please advise what file I should be installing and why my model is not listed on the UK site but is on the international site? Just want to make sure I don't brick the NVR.

I'm also guessing I need to update the cameras IPC-T259H-MUV5.7.21 build 231213 but haven't even started to look at then yet as I cant figure out the NVR update.

Thanks for the response. I did see this one but didn’t know if I could use it at it has the (D) at the end of model name and mine doesn’t. I will go ahead and download it.

For the cameras I cannot see my models listed. The are Hilook cameras by Hikvision model IPC-T259H. One the firmware portal they seem to have every camera apart from mine listed. See attached. Any ideas?

This is the one I have chosen and it has installed correctly thanks. All seems to be working. Now I need to try and find the firmware for the cameras.

Yeah I did search for the cameras on there but they are not listed.

one other alternative is to search your cameras model on Global Hikvision site and go to RESOURCES to see if there are any new firmware there:
