Hanwha Camera Jittery

Hi i have 14 cameras setup on my hanwha nvr...

Recently one of our cameras is playing back recordings jittery on Wisenet mobile app? Most of them play back smoothly, but one of the main ones doesn't seem to be now.

Any ideas?

Are all the cameras the same model?
What model is the problem one?
Is its scene similar to the others?
Complex scenes can generate video streams with more bandwidth e.g. a gravel drive was one we saw a customer have problems with ...
