Hikvision 7200 series exporting challenges

Hi guys,
please am having some challenges with this 7200 series 32ch DVR, I usually export footage from the DVR I was using before easily and quickly but since I changed it to this one I having troubles doing so.
I've format the external stick several times but am still facing the same challenge.
Attached is the picture of the status of the transfer file.

Clutching at straws - try formatting the memory stick in a PC first.
Then plug it back into your DVR and try again.
