No more like the device is blocked from their servers so can’t come online. Might be worth asking your installer to call hikvision support and ask if that is the case.
I still use the Hik Connect app but connect to the NVR directly using IP address /Domain rather than via the Hik Connect service. Unfortunately the push notifications for events can only be received if the Hik Connect service is used. iVMS-4500 can also be used in that way but Hikvision ended support for that app on February 15th.
