HikVision Intercom internet

Hi, I have recently moved into a new house which uses a DS-KH9310 internal intercom to connect to the gate. I'm trying to connect the intercom to my phone so I get notifications when not at my property but I'm struggling to get the device connected to the internet. Presumably it's connected to a private network with no internet access to access the camera and control the gate - I have connected the device to my Wifi but it hasn't really changed anything. If I try login to HikConnect from the device it errors that it can't connect to the internet (Cloud connection is also showing as offline) and if I try add the device from my phone it complains that there's IP address issues and to use DHCP which doesn't work as it seems there's no server setup. Any idea how I can enable internet access? TIA
