Door Entry Hikvision Intercom - Live view failed 10702?

My setup is the following:

1x - DS-KV8113-WME1(B) outdoor station running V2.2.53_220816, POE LAN cable connected to POE Switch TL-SG1005LP, IP adress 192.168.0.65 static

1x - DS-KH6320-WTE1-W(O-STD)(Europe BV) indoor stations V2.2.2 build 221129, connected to 12 V power, connected WiFi router, IP adress 192.168.0.110 from DHCP

Router type: Archer AX23 v1.20 fw 1.0.5 Build 20220216

• the main unit rings the tablet
• I can see who is on the head unit camera
• I can pick up the phone and communicate with the visitor
• the mobile app can open doors

When I want to display a live view from the camera on the tablet, it does not work – Live view failed. Error code 10702.

When I attach a tablet to LAN cable - everything works.

Any ideas of what could be going on?

Try using iVMS-4200 (on Windows PC!) to look at the configuration of the gate station. Under Remote Configuration --> Device Management --> your indoor station should be listed with the correct IP address. Is this the case?

you might need to be more specific in regard to whats connected & how connected etc.
Assume the Switch is Cable Connected to your Router? ....................... Indoor Station is [Wi-Fi] connected?
Tablet? .......... is this another device or are you referring to the Indoor Station? ................... how are you trying to view the Door Station Camera on the Tablet? App, Web Browser??
