Hikvsion camera not showing up on my nvr?

Hi there I’ve been trying to sort out my ip cameras for a few days now some of them are showing up on the nvr but this one camera isn’t. It shows up on the web gui just not the nvr I’m not sure where I’m going wrong.

What is the model and firmware version of the problem camera and your NVR?

Is the camera connected to one of the PoE ports in the back of the NVR?
If so, are there any lights on this port?

Could you share screenshots of the page in the web browser GUI where you are seeing it, and on the local GUI where you aren't, please?
