Connect a standard network cable from the POE injector port marked POE to the camera.
And another network cable from the port marked LAN to an available port on your router or network switch.

Your router should then allocate a network IP address to the new camera.
You will need to manually add the camera (at its new IP address) to your NVR manually.

Hi Phil,

I have managed to do that but having issues setting up the IP camera on the NVR.

When I change the first camera from Manual to plug and play I can see the camera which is now been connect to the POE. However I can't view anything.

I guess how do I identify the new IP address?

Ok, I may have cracked it Phil. I located the IP address of the the camera as now it's connected to the Network switch. There was a no IP allocated.

I downloaded SDAP. Clicked on the IP Camera and enabled DHCP. (I suppose I could have given it a static IP address)

I put the new IP address in the D1 slot and it's working.

Now hopefully it should send emails with a picture to my email address!!!
