First of all, your NVR is using very old firmware. I assume you have been using the firmware checker in the NVR menus, unfortunately, this feature has not worked for many years and often says no new firmware when there actually is. You can find all the latest firmware releases at the Hikvision UK Download Portal where you can see you are about 16 versions behind the latest firmware.
As you are so many versions behind we would recommend that you don't jump to the latest firmware and instead you update through several versions, below is the update order we recommend:
V3.4.112 build 200604
V4.30.005 build200628 EUI
V4.31.105 build210727
V4.32.116 build 220112

It is vital that you keep the firmware of your Hikvision devices up-to-date, which means installing the newest version as soon as it becomes available. (I've already found the firmware for you so you only really need to look at steps 2 & 3)
Once the NVR firmware is up to date please check if the camera is back online, if it isn't then your only option is likely going to be to hard reset the camera.
I have just been catching up on threads following a problem with one of my DS-2CD2386G2-ISU/SL going offline and being unable to sort it out, all my other cameras are fine and some of them are the same model as mentioned. I am sure my firmware for both the NVR and cameras are well out of date and so started on the NVR a by updating straight to what I think the latest is and then found this post, please can you advise if I should start again with earlier updates first and if so which ones as you have advised above.
Once my firmware is up to date then I will need to sort out the offline camera D8, as you can see below it isn't even being displayed in the NVR online portal/ configurator menu.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
