Hik-Connect I messed up a setting

Hoping I can get some help from smart folks.
I have Hikvision ds-7616ni-se that was working fine until I changed something trying to get the hik connect in my iPhone working. The monitor that’s connected to the nvr is still showing video on the 4 cameras but my iPhone says Device Offline.Please check the network connections.

I’ve never done any kind of updates on the NVR since owning it only because everything was fine.

Platform Access in Network does show Status Offline ( Parsing server domain failed )

I really don’t know what I’m doing and hoping it’s a simple setting that needs to be changed up.

Is there anything in the photos that jumps out?

Verify that Gateway is correct as well subnet
Change dns to 8.8.8.8 or/and 1.1.1.1

Parsing server domain failed should be exact issue what DNS(Domain Name System) is for.

Is a dns necessary? I never had one before . Thanks
