I'm not sure what happened, but the exit button has stopped working on the KV6113, its connected to the KH6320-WTE1. I removed the button and connected the wires directly to rule out the switch, but it’s still not unlocking.
It had been working fine for almost a year, so the wiring seems solid. Is there any setting that might affect the unlock function before I proceed with a factory reset?
I can open remotely from the hikvision app, and the KH6320 screen.
