The currently version running is 3.2.9 build 170329

The version you are currently running is the latest version available for this NVR (see the Hikvision Download Portal).

This firmware has a build/release date of 29/03/2017 and the firmware folder it's in is in the 'Phased Out' section of the Hikvision Download Portal.

Both these factors mean the NVR is obsolete/EOL and is unlikely to receive any future firmware updates.
