Qvis Viper NVR-Ai-32BB - I have lost the admin password and need to reset it?

Hi, I have a Viper NVR-Ai-32BB that I have lost the admin password and I need to do a dynamic password reset. Qvis Tech will not help and said I need an approved Qvis installer . Can you help me. Thanks.

I'm afraid that QVIS is not a brand that we ever work with, so we can't really help

That's OK... I never got any help from Qvis Tech help and no help from any installers for Qvis so NVR was binned. Have started to move over to Hikvision.
