Resetting admin email address

Hi

Can anyone help please. My system was installed with two cameras and I have recently had an additional two cameras installed by a different electrician. The previous he electricians set up the EZVIZ app and now we can’t The new cameras to it or add the cameras to the hik connect app as the password reset is always going back to the previous electricians email address which is used for the admin account. Is there anyway we can reset the admin email address so it is my personal email address please. Thanks in advance, Melissa
 
We haven't been hands-on with EZVIZ for a long time.
Will SADP show your cameras and allow you to unbind them?
If so, you can then set up a new App/portal account and add them to that.

 
Hi thanks for the reply, the cameras were never set up on hik connect by the previous electricians only on ezviz. I tried the sadp program on windows but no devices were coming up on this. Any further advice would be great thanks.
