RJ45 Connector for thick external cat6a cable?

I have CAT6A U/FTP LSZH external grade cables running to connect my cctv camera externally.
However I am struggling to find RJ45 connectors that fit well. Everytime i strip the cable and push into RJ45 connectors a few of the pairs do not push all the way through as i find the cable is too thick.

I have tried various RJ45 connectors, any ideas on what i can do or recommendation for RJ45 connector?

Perhaps, for your thick cable, something like this punch-down style coupler would be easier for you to work with:

Use a feed through type Cat 6 plug from someone such a Ideal Easy Fit/Rapid Fit etc, and it will be like throwing a sausage up an entry.
