This is my first Hikvision camera.
I bought the camera DS-2CD2646G2-IZS(2.8-12mm) primarily for sharing via youtube (RTMP protocol)
Firmware V5.5.801 build 210727 arrived on the camera

From the page:
I downloaded the latest firmware Firmware V5.7.10 build 220830
and installed.

Then I dowload:

I was hoping to be able to install V5.5.131 build 210120 for RTMP support

That is not possible, it is probably a firmware downgrade :(

I need RTMP, what should I do?

After researching it seems the solution is to go back to
IPC_G3_EN_STD_5.5.131_210120.zip

It's an older version than the one that came on the new camera (Firmware V5.5.801 build 210727 arrived on the camera)

The downgrade procedure is simple according to the instructions:
"...
TFTP Automatic Update Tool
User Manual (used for recover IP cameras from firmware corruption)
Name:TFTP Automatic Update Tool
Publisher:HANGZHOU HIKVISION DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY CO., LT D.
Type:Executable fileVersion:1.0
File:tftpserv.exe

..."

I found the page:
"...
Note: If the firmware version of your camera is 5.3.0 (and older), the downgrade procedure will work. With firmware 5.4.0 and later, there is an ‘anti-rollback’ feature that prevents downgrading to earlier firmware, via both the web GUI and also the TFTP updater.
..."

Question how old is this manual?
Can it be applied to the camera G3 platform(2XX6G2 3XX6G2) ?
Where to download the latest version tftpserv.exe ?
What is the probability that the camera has an anti-rollback option?

I tried downgrade procedure according to the instructions for TFTP software.
I used IPC_G3_EN_STD_5.5.131_210120.zip
After starting tftpserv.exe I only have :
2022-11-25 20:32:29] TFTP server [192.0.0.128] initialized

TFTP server didn't find the camera. Not jump to the testing device step :(
Just started the server. Nothing more :(

Maybe you didn't connect the camera properly? Check IP address.
The latest FW version must have RTMP support! Check in FW.
Or back FW to the old version 5.5.131.
It's simple. You have instructions.
