Experimenting today and after going back from firmware v5.7.17 to v5.7.15 for G5 platform noticed the following for DS-2CD2047G2H-LIU and DS-2CD2047G2-L connected on DS-7608NXI-K2 :
iVMS4200 Remote Playback - Camera select for play - VCA Search - Enable Motion Detection, by drawing 100% of screen with search grid, gives less results than searching on same timeline by drawing less than 75% of screen size.
Same thing happens on DS-7608NXI-K2 NVR GUI - Playback - Event - Camera select for play - click Space Rule - Draw Motion. Drawing full screen(my resolution has 396 grid boxes), gives less search results than drawing 300 grid boxes(almost 75% of screen size).
Someone can test this by excluding this 25% of image, from an area that is sure there are no motion events.
This is for v5.7.15 firmware only. Firmware v5.7.17 gives no results at all for me and Acusense DS-7608NXI-K2 NVR
