Synology DS215 Crashed disk - how do I restore my data?

The second of two WD Blue 4TB HDDs in RAID has crashed and I am going to replace it.
How can I restore the data onto the new disk using the DS215 or do I re-format all disks and restore data from a remote backup, which will take a long time?
