The Latest Firmware

Hello everyone.
Some body help my please .
The Hikvision portal I find it difficult to know which ones to me.
My the latest version of firmware for my DS-72008HQHI-K2 / A.
Alos my current firmware version is V3.5.37 build 180719.

The firmware for this model is tricky, I am pretty sure that your model uses a K72/K72A firmware

As you will see from the list of firmware, a version similar to your current version (not exactly the same build) is there and when I checked the release notes for later versions I could see that v4.21.000 is compatible with 7208HQHI models so should work with your DVR, there were not release notes for every firmware and the next one after v4.21 was v4.30.101 and that does not support your model, so potentially v4.21.100 and v4.25.000 may also work with your DVR.

I would start with v4.25 and if that doesn't work you can step down from there.
