Unable to get sound on HDMI 2 on NVR DS-7732NI-M4?

Good morning
I'm trying to send a single channel on the HDMI2 output but there is no audio on the output (tried with multimedia monitor).
The firmware is the latest (5.03) the system->live view configuration->sound preview setting is set to on and only one channel is set on the view.
Via hik-connect or ivms I can listen to the audio of this channel.
How can I enable audio on HDMI2?

I can instead make the audio work on HDMI1 but I have to use the mouse to enable the audio via the small icon inside the live channel.
