If I look at the numbers, 30 is a bigger number than 25.
I installed the bigger number 30 and the appearance of the DVR changed completely.
If I start the 8MP lite mode, I get a warning about possible problems. It's as if I lost the possibility of 8MP lite on one input.

I'm back to V4.25.001 build 211207 again.

On this site I found that the firmware, date 2024.01.31.

Yes this is very strange, the v4.30 firmware would appear to be newer than the v4.25 firmware but the build date of the v4.25 firmware is newer than the v4.30 firmware (build 211207 = 07/12/21 and build 200630 = 30/06/20).

I've found several v4.30 firmware versions on the Hikvision EU portal but no mention of the v4.25 firmware, the only idea I have is that the v4.30 firmware is specifically for UK/EU NVR models and if you are using firmware from the above Czech portal it might be the case that you have region-specific hardware that won't support the v4.30 firmware.

If the v4.25 firmware is stable then we would probably recommend just staying on that firmware for the time being.

I'm back to v4.25 build 211207 and now everything is ok.

I think V4.30 is intended for the model "HQHI."​

I have a DVR 7104 HUHI-K1 but it still accepted the installation V4.30.
Can the DVR accept the installation, of the wrong firmware ?

In our experience it is not usually possible to upload firmware that is not correct for your Hikvision DVR / NVR / camera.

As per this Post yesterday where there was confusion over which NVR models a new firmware release was actually for (the NVR rejected the wrong firmware, with an error message):

No, it didn't refuse to install. I installed v4.30. Then the content and appearance of the DVR changed.
The DVR rebooted and changed the firmware v4.30
DVR has accepted v4.30. Everything became different, all the system settings and the menu.
I saw that the highest recording resolution is 1080(HD).
So I went back to v4.25.
