Which VMS software is the best to run a HIKVISION IP CAMERAS AND NVR'S both remotely and on the same network without internet , just as Milesight Pro used to?

Have you tried IVMS-4200? That works best for me. I have over 500 camera's connected to my IVMS-4200 using an older version.

The new version has a limit on the number of camera's you can add.
