2-way audio, strobe and light functions won't work?

Recently installed a ptz mini

DS-2DE3A400BW-DE-F1-S5​

To a HVR

ids-7204HQHIK1/2S(B)​

The problem is the 2 way audio, siren, light and strobe functions won't work there isn't an option for them. The analogue siren cameras have the option and work fine it's just the newly added ip camera that won't. Iv watched every YouTube video there is and havnt no joy. The only think I haven't done with this HVR is to update the firmware.

Wondered if anyone could help

Have you tried looking for the setting by logging into the IP camera directly, or only by looking in the HVR settings?
What firmware version is the IP camera currently running?

Yeh I have checked and done them steps but still no joy.
I logged into the camera through the Web browser but can't really see any actual setting for the features.

I'll have a look at what firmware it's running.

Now I'm just wondering if I actually logged into the camera correctly, first time installing an ip camera so it's all a new to me.
