I have installed six c8pf ezviz cameras in my warehouse and office. I updated firmware of 2 cams and they went offline. I cannot see any option to reverse update.
I am in another country now and cannot see these 2 cams. I asked my worker to restart the cam so I can add again. But the problem is that the steo that requires me to be on the same wifi is giving me an issue because I am not present there physically.
It's so frustrating because it's very obvious people install cams to watch remotely. If there is an issue with cameras then I am locked-out and helpless.
There must be a way to add again the camera to my account remotely?
Any help is much appreciated as one of the cam watches my stock in and stock out, and I really need that online.
