Already have a Synology NAS - worth getting an NVR?

Hi folks, thoughts on this? I've already got a Synology NAS (actually a couple of them), and quite keen on setting up a CCTV system. I was aware there's cctv software on the NAS, though never really seriously considered using it.

Can anyone offer any thoughts on how it stacks up compared to a dedicated NVR?
