ANPR feature is missing from my Hikvision NVR?

Hello all

Im new on this , I bought an

DS-2CD7A26G0/P-IZS for my home setup to work with a Pro NVR 7760 K4​

i been trying for the past 5 days to make the ANPR function working with no luk.

I logged directly into tha camera configuration and the VCA Resources tab is not there, tried everything including firmware

any idea how to makes this menu to show up??

I can’t say I much experience with the K4 as my ANPR is running on a I2. Have you tried logging on camera directly an clicked on to the Road Traffic tab then click on Detection Configuration make sure you have ticked enable an set up the area with the detection lines.

Hello!!! Good news, looking at he god Google for Road Traffic “ menu, figured out that the H265+ need to be off to have the vehicle feature available
