Blank Main stream on HikVision DS-2CD1021-I

Hi all,

Just installing new HikVision camera (DS-2CD1021-I, firmware ver. V5.5.4 build 180104 - can't find anything newer) and once logged in to the camera in the live View I can see footage when I switch to Stream Type 2 but nothing in the Stream Type 1 which I presume is the main one with much higher quality.

Could you please shed some light on this. What I can/should do?

Are you logging in to the camera directly with a browser? What browser are you using to access the camera?

Yes, directly in the camera interface. The thing is when I switch to the secondary one I have a footage but not on the main one.

Browser is IE11 (I know there is a problem with other browsers)
