Can I set the Door Lock Time on my DS-KD8003-IME2 to less than 6 Seconds?

Hi,

my DS-KD8003-IME2 is now working fine for a few months. This weekend i'm connecting the door lock to NO1. It is working but i can't reduce the time under 6 seconds.

The iVMS is telling me "Error code: HCNetSDK.dll[11].(Data transmission failed, incorrect data to or from the device.)

Is less then 6 seconds really not possible??

If you use IVMS 3.2.0.10 you'll get that error but parameter should be saved ( it's a bug inside of IVMS).

If you use latest 3.3.0.7 you can set it to 1 sec ( 1-255).

Sounds good! ... But is not working.
I'm using iVMS-4200 3.3.0.7 and i got the incorrect data error.
I installed thee iVMS-4200-EN Version from this page: iVMS4200 Series

But i'm also stil on firmware 2.0.6 because of the noise bug: DS-KD8003-IME2 speaker makes noise all the time

Now i updated to 2.0.8 set the time to 1 Sec. and downgraded again to 2.0.6 – for now is all ok for me.

I really didn't get that noise bug on any of the installeed KD8003 ( and i installed a lot of them ).
I'm always using the latest FW V2.0.8_200528 and havent got any problems.
