I'm using SADP tool to find my Video Intercom Module Door Station (DS-KD8003-IME1), I can see it has an IP that it gets through DHCP from my home router, but after approx one minute the device disappears from the SADP list.
It comes back up after a few minutes and then disappears again.
I noticed that when I'm running the 'ping' command from my computer CMD, I can see that I'm receiving only one response from the unit, and then no response, and after a few tries again I'm getting a response from the unit, and then it disappearing again.
I thought maybe I have another device on my home network with the same IP, but it’s not the case.
I want to set the device to factory default, but I can’t find any way to do it without connecting to the device through my network.
For example, in the Hikvision camera, I can manually press the reset button located on the camera itself, but there is no such button on this device.
Is there a way to perform factory default not through the network?
