Downloaded clips very short

Hi,

When I try an download a 30 min clip it downloads them into very short videos. I changed my pocket time to 60 minutes, I did get less videos but still 10 too many. Would like to be able to download 30 or so minute videos

if i understood correctly, your problem is that you dont get a single 30min file but rather piece of chunks recorded? Well considering your bar color it is set to Motion/Alarm, so regardless of full bar its chunks of prerec and postrec merged together, it will be like that.

Use VSPlayer it will bring those pieces together.

Hi, yes when I used to download a 30-60 min section of recording it would download one continuous video. Now , it downloaded 25 videos for say 30 minutes. How do I convert that back?. Thanks for responding by the way

You put recording schedule to continuous

it has always been on continuous recording , i was able to pull a longer video earlier that month. Thats why I am confused

All i see now is blank schedule, not a continuous one. Draw it on schdeule amd copy to all channels
