Hello everyone , I have recently installed this camera and experiencing problems with the two-way audio.

When I first installed it the two-way was working fine (I would press the mic symbol then select channel and it would work)

For some reason now everytime I press the mic and select channel it just says “The connection was Interrupted during the two-way audio”

When I select NVR it seems from the app that it is working but when speaking through the phone there is nothing coming from the camera.

Does anyone have any idea what it would be or what I could troubleshoot? I have tried googling but can’t find anything that relates to it. Thanks

Hello if there is anyone watching this thread I have got the sound/siren working now , im not 100% sure what it was as I changed a few different settings to do with alarm etc , but I think it may of been switching the encoder from 265 back to 264 but im not very technical with cctv stuff so I cant say for sure.

As for the alarm/light output not working when I pressed the buttons via hikconnect, it may of been because I had the schedule set to trigger during the night? but I assumed it would still go off if I triggered it from within the app and that the schedule was just an automation for the night time.

If anyone knows anymore of had an issue similar it would be great to know for future reference thanks.
