DS-KV6113-WPE1(B) tamper alarm

Hello,

I have a Hikvision DS-KV6113-WPE1(B). Up until now there weren't any issues. All of a sudden, it occasionally started making alarm sounds like tamper alarms. It happens about every 5-10 minutes. I couldn't find a way to access logs, to understand why it does it? Is there a way to access logs? If not, what can be the reason for this weird alarm sound, and how do I make it stop?

this normally occurs when the Doorstation is not fitted to the wall bracket correctly. Make sure the bracket is not distorted [overtightened on an uneven surface] it doesnt take much to activate the tamper.

Probably worth noting, the Doorstation will also make the Tamper Alert when it powering up, so make sure its not a power issue too
