Hi guys, I found this fantastic forum and I hope someone can help me.
I recently bought the Hikvision DS-PWA96-M2H-WE control panel. I'm a complete newbie when it comes to alarm systems, but I managed to set up the whole system quite easily. However, I'm having an issue with the control panel lid fault.
Even though the lid is closed, the Hik-Connect app still shows it as open. The lid status remains "open" all the time. The tamper button seems to be working fine, when it's pressed, the fault LED on the main board doesn't light up but the app status still doesn't change. It's driving me mad!
The control panel is running firmware V1.3.0 build 250430
