Hi,
I have an ax pro, running version V1.3.0 build 250430.
I was looking at my peripherals/detectors and thought I would see if there are any upgrades in firmware (in the hope it might improve some of the disarm faults I've been getting).
If I click the "Detector & Peripheral Upgrade" on the app it says there are no updates. But if I put the serial number in of a detector on the hip-partner app, it says there is an update, but if I download this (.zip) file and extract it I get a .hex file. I've also noticed that the versions available on the hik-partner app are also different from whats on the EU portal (I appreciate this is depreciated). The EU portal has .tar files to download, and again if extracted have a .hex files
Some examples:
Peripheral Hik-Partner Version EU Portal Version
DS-PDP15P-EG2-WE v1.2.0 v1.4.0
On top of this if I log into the web interface and selected upgrade peripheral and select the peripheral I get a file type mismatch error if I use either the .tar or .zip or either .hex files.
I'm not sure whats going on, but any advice would be great
