Upgrading Hikvsion model DS-7116HQHI-K1

I am attempting to upgrade the device to the latest firmware (V4.75.020 build 250109), but I receive a “Firmware mismatches” error when trying to install it directly. Based on available information, version V4.50.110 build 230411 is required as an intermediate update step.

Unfortunately, I have been unable to find this version on the official Hikvision support portal.

• A download link for the digicap.dav file of firmware version V4.50.110 build 230411
• Any relevant installation notes or instructions (if applicable)

IF this file is not available then what could I do to get the DVR updated to the current firmware version?

Where have you seen that the V4.75.020 and V4.50.110 firmware are the correct versions for your DVR?

latest firmware (V4.75.020 build 250109) this is the latest firmware but I need to upgrade to this firmware first V4.50.110 build 230411, I already upgraded one firmware version from the original which was preinstalled in DVR

I have same DVR, but was able to find a much older firmware version compared to the one you mention.

Can you please share the link where you downloaded them?

If you look at the Hikvision product page for the DVR model you have, you'll see at the bottom of the page that there are 2 different firmware versions.

The firmware you are currently running is for the (S) version of this DVR and there is a newer V4.75.020 firmware for the (E) version of this DVR.

It looks like you probably have the older (S) model and you are running the latest firmware available for that model.

You can try upgrading to some of the other firmware versions which have been released for the (E) model to see if they work.

If they don't, this would confirm you have the (S) model.

According to this model of DVR, I tried the europe version files but they will not load, the asia version will but I need to find that one file in order to continue to the newest file release and i can not find this file anywhere online V4.50.110 build 230411

After all day searching it would be best to go to previous firmware since the interface is nicer then the current firmware interface but now i can locate this firmware zip file, V4.25.000 build 200925, where can I find this file? please
