Is anyone having problems accessing video on SADP live view and playback I am using a HIK DS-7608-K2/8P and it was all working fine up to a week ago when it started stuttering when opening live view and playback then it stopped giving me video in the screen after a day or two. You can strangely still get the view on the full screen but dont have the function of pause rewind and the likes. It happened after a windows update I did wind back the update but still the problem persists. I even deleted SADP from the computer and reinstalled it and that did not fix the problem. I am on windows 11.
Any help would be appreciated

You are not alone... you need to reload the browser plug-ins... check this thread...


(Don't worry about the thread title mentioning M series firmware... most of it addresses the problem you are having.)

You mentioned SADP, but that is not involved here...
 
In your case, it might be as simple as clicking on "Download Plug-in", closing the bowser, installing the plug in that was downloaded (just run the .exe), and maybe restarting your PC... try that!
