#1 There are many posts about "Enable AI by Device" As per the Hikvision DS-7738NXI-I4 demo, if you want to get Human & Vehicle notifications on a camera that does not have Acusense this feature must be enabled.
#2 If you want to view your Acusense camera's H&V events on Hik-connect you must have the supporting firmware version on your NVR/DVR which is usually the latest firmware version!
So my question is: Are you able to view this False alarm reduction - H&V Events that are created by the "Enable AI by Device" feature on HIK-Connect ?
Please see the attached Pics.
I have included a pic from within the NVR that shows "Enable AI by Device" is enabled and the Human and Vehicle its tick on (@75% which is very high).
Next pic is within IVMS that show Human and Vehicle filter is on (but I see nothing).
Last pic is within Hik-Connect which shows nothing!
If anyone can assist/advise it would be much appreciated.
