Hik-Connect HIK-Connect Playback with Acusense Colour Markers?

Good Day All,

I recently upgraded from a DS7616Ni-K2 to DS-7732nxi-i4 only to be told that the Acusense Color Markers are not available on the upgraded NVR when doing playback via HIK-Connect App...

How is this possible?

What version of firmware does the 7732-NXI-I4 have on?

Is the 7732 connected to your Hik-Connect account under Platform Access? (the markers do not work for any device connected as a local device using IP/Domain)

So i Simple FIRMWARE Update resolved my issue. *Happy Dance*
