Firmware G5 Platform Cameras - New Firmware 5.7.13 available

I have 2385G2. Been tardy as it has firmware version V5.5.160 build 210108 on it.

Is that a typo (2385G2)? Is it an AcuSense camera (2386G2)? The reason I ask is that 5.5.160_210108 is for older AcuSense and ColorVu models that use the G3 platform firmware. On the camera at the bottom of the System settings page, check the 'Firmware Version Property'. I think you'll find it's a G1 or more likely a G3 platform camera. Either way, you're trying to load the wrong file as it is not a G5, so that's the reason for the error.
